THE FOUNDERS
Daniela and Isabella did it first.
Missão RN was created in 2023 by Daniela Souza and Isabella Penello, two Brazilian nurses who validated their diplomas, studied, and passed the NCLEX to become licensed RNs in the United States. They turned that path into a method.
What started as a study group became the prep many call the most complete in Brazil: 500+ video classes, 125+ hours, more than a thousand pages of illustrated bilingual material, and a free Telegram community that supports more than a thousand nurses every day.
