By using Lumerly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform operator
The Lumerly platform is operated by NURSY CONSULTING, LLC, a limited liability company (LLC) organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its address at 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210, Office 8214, Orlando, FL 32819, United States. The company offers the service to people in Brazil on a permanent basis.
3. Who may use it
Use is intended for people aged 18 or older with legal capacity. You must provide truthful information at sign-up and keep your details up to date.
4. What the platform is
Lumerly is an independent NCLEX-RN preparation tool. It is not affiliated with the NCSBN and does not guarantee that you will pass the exam.
5. User account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity carried out on your account. We may block access in cases of fraud, abuse, or security risk.
6. Plans, payment, and access
Plans, prices, duration, and payment methods are shown before you subscribe. Payments may be processed by external providers. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel renewal at any time. Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with the policy in effect at the time of purchase and the consumer protection rules applicable to the service offered in Brazil.
8. Intellectual property
Questions, explanations, glossary, materials, and interfaces belong to NURSY CONSULTING, LLC and its partners. Reproducing, reselling, mass-sharing, or using the content to train third-party AI models is prohibited.
9. Acceptable use
Mass scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing limits, account sharing, abusive automation, or any use that harms the service is prohibited.
10. Lumera content
Lumera supports your study and may contain inaccuracies. It does not replace professional judgment, medical guidance, a teacher, one-on-one mentoring, or any official assessment.
11. Limitation of liability
Lumerly strives to maintain quality and availability but is not responsible for professional decisions, third-party failures, interruptions beyond its control, or individual exam results.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when there are changes to the service, to legal requirements, or to essential providers. Material changes will be communicated through the available channels.
